The guided tour fee is charged per group.

Plus, if conditions are met, we can arrange for your purchases to be delivered to your final hotel or to a hotel of your choice! They should be packed in cardboard boxes or suitcases. We can arrange cardboard boxes for you on the day. 
Raw goods and cold items requiring refrigeration are not covered by the service. Please feel free to contact us for more information because we have restrictions on the size of luggage.
By the day we must get the approval of the hotel. Please send us your hotel reservation confirmation and your preferred dates for the tour before applying.
Once we have the hotel's approval, we check the packing together in our shop and then take it to the courier. This is a process to ensure that there is no damage to the package before delivery. 
When you check in at the hotel, tell the front desk about your stuff and pick it up.
A handling fee and the delivery fee will be charged on the day in addition to the tour fee. The amount depends on the delivery address, the size and number of your packages and luggage.
